What we do

We check if you can use CTC to move goods and check your incoterms, and we submit your export declaration on your behalf. Following the written instructions you gave us as your direct representative, we get the goods cleared by UK customs.
What you need to do
You need to send us all the information about the product, characteristics, any license or certificate required, any mention of the commodity code for the good you are exporting and confirmation that the receiver (importer) is authorised to import. You must prepare the commercial invoice indicating the price or the market value price, prepare a proof of origin and indicate where you expect any zero-rate duty to be applied for by the importer. You should also list any freight or insurance included in the price separately to get the goods through the UK border.
